The client desired a space that felt unique and unlike any they had seen before. With this in mind the Inhouse Design team collaborated with their key suppliers to source a series of world class fittings and surface materials, with all joinery custom designed for the space and the client’s specific needs and expectations.

The entrance hall for example, sets a tone for understated glamour from the get-go, thanks to its feature, back-lit Onyx stone wall. The apartment also features bespoke integrated lighting solutions and an impressive master suite with a custom designed dressing room area and a beautiful ensuite bathroom, complete with double vanity and double shower.

The outdoor terrace, pool and entertainment area overlooking the ocean is tastefully landscaped with water-wise plants and seamlessly extends the living area outdoors. Here, further integrated lighting and a focus on natural materials amplifies the sense of understated luxe living.
