Inhouse Brand Architects was asked to re-design Pick n Pay’s Administrative Offices in Cape Town in order to resolve a lack of available square meterage. Inhouse’s expert space-planning skills resulted in a 40% increase in desk area on the same footprint. This saved Pick n Pay’s Marketing and Finance departments from having to relocate at much heavier cost to bigger office space in a new building.
