INHOUSE is currently working on a development in Cape Town that will take the concept of curated living to a whole new level. Aimed at the younger market, it comprises a sophisticated blend of affordable, stylish “micro” apartments within a larger multifunctional complex that offers entertainment, exercise, living and leisure options and a “serviced hotel” experience.
This is in response to a trend that driven by rising property prices that are prohibitive for first-time buyers, increased traffic congestion in cities, and a generational shift towards collaboration, services and sharing over ownership and privacy.
It’s very much in line with the global shift towards small apartments within a mixed-use ecosystem that offers all the amenities one needs, without having to travel. We like to think of it as “sleep small, live large”. Residents can look forward to a deli, rooftop bar and pool, collab working spaces, gym, games room and more, literally on their doorstep.
