Inhouse was appointed by the developer, Eurocape Holdings (Pty) Ltd, on behalf of the operator, Three Cities Hotels. The brief was to design and fit-out the common areas – being entrances, reception, check-in, bar, conference facilities and lounge areas – together with a 5-star, 120-seater restaurant on the 7th floor. Inhouse was also responsible for a cross-section of various 5-star suites, namely, Fairburn, Winery Towers and Chambers.
